IMPORTANT

- For maximum performance, use Class 10 SDcards ONLY. If you run this ROM on Class2/4/6, the ROM may lag because userdata is stored on SDcard.
- First you need to partition your SDcard exactly according to: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...22&postcount=2. This is MANDATORY for both OCed and non-OCed users.
- You MUST format with EXT4 FileSystem for maximum performance.
- Use Yannous Recovery ONLY. I have not tested other Recoveries.
- Once you finished formatting, you SHOULD DISABLE EXT Journal Feature. Follow these steps for disabling Journal: http://pastebin.com/a9HvifuD
- Now you can flash the ROM.

TROUBLESHOOTING

- If your device continously restarts after showing HTC splash screen, it means your Pico can't cop up with Overclocked kernel. In this case, flash this non-overclocked boot.img through Fastboot: https://mega.co.nz/#!cdhmXbKY!PvH2C2...EU3ZI5dY7sETOg

REMAINING WORK

- Resizing some system apps to fit our MDPI Screen. All app resizing specialists are welcome to do this task.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLASHING

You need to create an SD-EXT partition with ATLEAST 1GB. My SD-EXT partition size is 1048MB.
Copy the ROM to SDCARD and reboot to Recovery.
I am using CWM Recovery by Yannou and I recommend you the same.
Format /boot, /system and do a "Wipe Data / Factory Reset".
Flash the ROM.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

First boot is going to take some time. This is because about 205 system apps are present in the Rom and building dalvik-cache for all these apps will take time.

I am using 8GB class 4 SDCARD. It took about 8mins to finish first boot for me.

CAMCORDER ( VIDEO RECORDER ) SETTINGS CORRECTION

The new Camera app in Sense 4.1 Rom supports Video Recording at Widescreen resolution ( 800 x 480 ). BUT our camera sensor doesn't support video recording at this level.

If you still try to record video at this resolution, camcorder will exit without recording. So, you have to change Video Quality to High (640 x 480) which is the highest video recording resolution supported by our sensor or to any other lower resolution.

NON-OVERCLOCKED BOOT IMAGE

For some people, default kernel supplied with the Rom is causing NAND burn. Those who are facing NAND burn, do the following:
FIrst recover your NAND using NAND Recovery Procedure.
After recovering NAND, goto recovery and format /boot, /system and then do a "Wipe Data / Factory Rest".
Now flash the Rom.
After flashing is completed, DO NOT reboot your phone. Instead POWER OFF your device. Now boot to bootloader.
Download this non-overclocked boot image: http://www.mediafire.com/?yg5i48vjvh5adxe
Rename boot_noc.img to boot.img
Now open terminal / command prompt and type: fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot.
